A bunch of pills fall onto a table or something - they sort of rain down - could symbolize addiction. Woman wearing red robe takes medicine (pill) with glass of water). Her face is away from the camera. Same woman, in different robe, still facing away from camera, pours herself a drink and enjoys it with a cigarette. Lonely, depressed. Despair.
