SEA SCOUTS Sea scouts in pageant in West Kirby. Sea Scouts hold a big water show for an audience Opens w/ shot of some spectators; inc. old man in Scout leader uniform; water in background possibly they & camera are all on a boat. Pan up looking out to water. A few rafts or small barges are disguised as islands w/ fake palm trees; etc. Shore in distance with more spectators. Boys row 2-person kayaks in races. Boys also perform a pageant with a sort of nautical theme. Includes pirate ship with a man forced to walk the plank. A wild "native" ceremony on island with boys dressed in grass skirts and dancing around. A mysterious sea monster like a giant snake swims toward an island. Cruel taskmaster whips galley slaves to make them row faster.
