Future crewmen of U.S. submarines get the final and most vital test in their training - learning how to escape from a sunken sub using the Momsen escape lung (thereby avoiding the bends). Special tower houses the tank for daring tests. Sailors march into doorway. Naval officers, one of whom apparently is Admiral Charles B. "the Swede" Momsen, who invented the escape lung they are using. Low angle of tower where the tests are being conducted.
