1951 Is a bonanza year for Puerto Rico sugar. A helicopter takes us for an inspection trip in the fields, and huge refineries where the bumper crop is processed into sugar. Footage of helicopter blowing stalks in the air (one shot seems POV from copter). Men harvest sugar with machetes. Aerial shot (and others) of refinery.
