Chinese New Year The Chinatown of New York not only celebrates its New Year with traditional fire-works, but witnesses a dramatic rescue of a mother and two children from a burning building.The parade stopped while the firemen rescued the children and as soon as the children were safe the parade started up again. Establishing shot - Chinese flags, and dancing dragons and fire crackers going off. CU Chinese man holding his hands over his ears (covering ears). MCU Fire engine and fire men and a ladder that goes to the fifth floor of an apartment building where there's a fire. MCU Two ladders with firemen on them.
