Boston's Second Tea Party Youngsters show their resentment at the 20 per cent theater tax by dumping stubs into the harbor, where their revolutionary ancestors once protested a tax. "Kill 20% Tax!", "Write Your Congressman Today - Kill The Movie Tax", "The Movie Tax Is Discriminatory - Kill It Now". The crowd is throwing up movie stubs in the air then they take a barrel of movie stubs and dump it in the Boston harbor. Protest signs are everywhere and so are the people of Boston.
