Angel Dust: This is an unstaged, unrehearsed, documentary that takes a hard look at the harsh realities surrounding P.C.P abuse.

MS apartment interior as men walks in, first he turns on a lamp, then the TV. Narration is by a man named Jack, saying that the government should realize that we are entitled to do whatever we want as long as we don t hurt anyone.

MS apartment interior as men removes his coat, he walks into the kitchen, opens the refrigerator and takes a small plastic baggie out of the freezer, pan as he walks into the living room and takes a seat in chair. MSs Dr. Forest Tennant (UCLA School of Public Health) talking about the silliness of the film Reefer Madness, it is one of his fears is that people will downplay the real effects of PCP due to unrealistic scare tactics used in exagerated films. He goes on to say that PCP is a powerful drug that can kill people. He begins to list ways people die from the drug, first being by accident. Cut to CU of African American man saying that he killed an elderly couple while high on PCP. MCU Dr. Forest Tennant talking about the effects of PCP, saying that people are killing themselves due to the fact that they lose inhibition and act on violent tendencies. Cut to Caucasian man telling the story of how powerful he felt while high on PCP, saying that he felt like Jesus. MCU Dr. Forest Tennant talking about the effects of PCP, saying that the drug has properties that make the people under the influence think that they are functioning well those that is not the case.

Voiceover by Dr. Forest Tennant telling the history PCP saying that it was commercially developed as an anesthetic, it was very unstable in clinical trials and deemed unsafe for humans.
