High-powered passenger boats skimming the surface of mighty rivers, supported by underwater 'wings' at speeds of 40 miles an hour or more, go into service with Russia's riverboat fleets. Russia expands it fleet of high powered hydrofoil ships. This one is moving along with a very good speed. 40 MPH. MS - Not too crowded inside the hydrofoil ship. Looks up-beat and bright. MCUS - Inside the front of the hydrofoil is the Captain who is at the controls driving the ship. POV - At the back of the ship you can see the kind of wake it leaves.
