News in Brief: Mr. K. In India. Nikita Khrushchev visits India, at the start of another barnstorming tour of the Orient. In New Delhi, a quarter of a million line the Soviet leader's route from the airport. Prime Minister Nehru (?) waits, along with crowd. Khrushchev shakes hands with men. People from crowd dump a basket of flower petals (?) on Nikita's head (they seem a little over-enthusiastic so the act looks potentially violent). Khrushchev and Nehru ride in open car past crowds on streets, led and followed by men on horseback.
