News in Brief: Algeria Cleans Up Scenes of the actual surrender of Algeria's right-wing insurgents, who come out from their barricades led by Pierre Lagaillarde, 28-year-old ex-paratrooper. Many join the Foreign Legion. Meanwhile, the city falls to the task of clearing away mountains of cobblestones, and barbed wire entanglements. Men in uniform move through streets. Man wearing camouflage (Pierre Lagaillarde?) receives kisses on cheeks from another man. High angle people walk toward military vehicles; trucks drive through streets. Street scenes, pedestrians, window washer, one Muslim woman almost completely covered in clothing, cars, troops.
