Image quality is not the best. Sports: National Speed Skating. The national speed skating championships, including one all-out girls' event in which only one crosses the line standing up! In the major event, the amazing Ken Bartholomew wins his 14th title with a blazing last minute spurt. Women's speed skating on outdoor track; all competitors but the winner (Sylvia White?) fall down. Blooper. Spectators, bundled up for winter. Men's competition.
