SPORTS: Fox Grove Ski Meet. America's Olympic ski jumpers get in some last minute competition before the Squaw Valley Olympiad. The winner, Ansten Samuelsten of Steamboat Springs with two soaring leaps. Ski jumpers use wooden ramp (with U.S. flag at bottom) to jump; after all, this is the flat Midwest. Bundled-up spectators clap. CU smiling Samuelsten, a man with Nordic good looks (in this cataloguer's opinion!).
