The followers of Juan Peron, ousted Argentinean dictator, put up a poor showing as the country goes to the polls to elect a President just 15 months after the military ousted President Arturo Frondizi. Although he fled the country 8 years ago, Peron still has his adherents and he advised them to cast blank ballots. Only 15% are thus cast - against 1/3 just a few years ago.
