Shaky, fuzzy in contrast and imagery - DOS Thousands of American youngsters, some dredged in costumes of their ancestral homes, brighten Broadway in a monster parade, staged by the NY Committee - American Overseas Aid and The UN Appeal for Children. The children go all out to help the less unfortunate neighbors and the American children as always are heeding the call for help. American flags are waving in the hands of the children.
