Shaky, blurry in contrast and imagery The color of Texas and Mexico combined makes a magic spectacle for the 11th annual Charro days festival, with a colorful parade and beard-growing contest high-lighting the affair. Since the earliest Charro Days fiesta, the celebrations have included parades complete with floats, as well as street dances, a rodeo, mariachi and marimba concerts, and ballet folkloric performances by school students.
