Nixon presents the Heisman Trophy to America's top collegiate football player of the year, Louisiana State University's Billy Cannon. Nat sound of Nixon speaking, presenting the award: "Thank heaven he's a weight lifter, 'cause I can't lift the trophy myself." Funny. Laughter, applause, Cannon (?) does lift trophy.
