Zindabar! Ike Acclaimed On Tour's Asian Swing President Dwight D. Eisenhower receives overwhelmingly enthusiastic popular receptions. Arriving in Ankara to begin a 17-hour visit, he is cheered by hundreds of thousands, and throughout his intensely busy 17 hours, in a city in festive array, he receives warm demonstrations of friendship. Airport with flags including U.S. flag. Ike deplanes and shakes hands with two men. Crowds lining streets wave flags (U.S. and...Turkey?). Motorcade travels under an arch with the words "Peace Without Security Is No Peace." Travelling shots include building with Ike's likeness on it (banner?). Nighttime, words "Turks Trust Ike" in lights. Ike leaves again - banner at the airport reads, "Take Our Love Back Home, Ike." Wow. Quite a welcome.
