Image quality varies. News in Brief: New York, MacArthur Gets Grid Award. At the annual dinner of the National Football Foundation, General Douglas MacArthur emerges from his secluded retirement to receive the foundation's gold medal to the applause of a cheering array of gridiron immortals (hall of famers). People seated at banquet tables, large portrait (of Mac?) and U.S. flags behind them. Two men carry out a large trophy cup (VO calls it the MacArthur Cup). MacArthur stands at podium and says this honor moves him (nat sound).
