Football: Syracuse Blasts West Virginia. The unbeaten Orange devastates the Mountaineers of West Virginia, with a slashing, variety-filled, powerhouse attack, that runs up forty-four-nothing shutout. The Orange adds luster to an already impressive record. College football highlights. Touchdowns. Crowd clapping. Uniforms look muddy by the end. Ernie Davis is playing for Syracuse.
