Lions Parade Members of Lions International (Lions Club) holding their annual convention in New York mark the occasion with a spectacular parade, in which all parts of the U.S. and 99 foreign nations take part. Marching band. Cars and floats pass by casually dressed spectators. Beauty queens wave from floats. Baton twirlers or majorettes. Has more of a medium-sized feel than a big-city feel.
