Royal Wedding A royal wedding with stormy repercussions in Belgium. The marriage of King Baudouin's brother Prince Albert and Italian Princess Paola Ruffo di Calabria, arranged without government consent, to be held in the Vatican rouses a storm of protest that forces a change of plans. Motorcade with lots of motorcycles. Couple riding in convertible; the woman waves. Little girl from the large adoring crowd approaches car and gives the woman flowers; a man in uniform pulls the smiling little girl back into the crowd. The couple place a wreath (not sure why). The man and woman (not sure if they are newlyweds yet or just engaged) look down from a balcony.
