Cleveland Hit By Flash Floods Sudden torrential rains sweep Cleveland bringing flash floods that tie traffic and communications at the peak of rush hour. Many homes are devastated - property damages reach $2 million - and many are injured or suffer shock and exposure. Urban street scenes with flooding. Bus nearly underwater. Boat travels past homes, mostly submerged cars. Old women, perhaps stranded, victims of flood, are helped, but it's not too clear where they end up.
