Rogue River Races Outboards battle Oregon's fast and treacherous Rogue River - going all out downstream and back against the current of the fast-moving stream in thrilling defiance of rapids, riffles and white water for one of the year's top outdoor sports events. People climb quickly into small boats with motors. Boats speed, skimming and bouncing up at times, along the river. One boat sort of skids (if a boat can skid...). Winner (?) travels under a bridge onto smooth water.
