Herter and Eisenhower Secretary of State Christian A. Herter reports to President Dwight D. Eisenhower at his Gettysburg farm immediately upon his return from the foreign ministers meeting in Paris where plenty of progress was made. Mr. Herter distinguished himself impressively. Ike and Herter (both wearing bow ties) talk and ride in golf cart (?) to waiting helicopter. The men shake hands, Ike apparently seeing Herter off.
