Boston Marathon A Helsinki, Finland detective, Eino Oksanen, made a stirring move a mile from the end and outran America's Johnny Kelley by 300 yards to win the 63rd Boston A A Marathon. It was the 13th foreign triumph in the past 14 years. The third by a Finnish runner, in the grueling blacktop test dating back to Karvonen's victory in 1954. Pack of runners on wet road. Slightly slow-motion shots of runners. Winner sprints to finish line, is embraced and immediately crowned with what looks like a laurel wreath, and is carried away from the crowd.
