London fire Blazes, flames - reminiscent of Britain's Blitz - cause firemen to battle around the clock to bring under control London's worst fire in a century. Large number of buildings were completely demolished. Destruction is estimated in the millions. Fortunately no lives were lost. Night, flaming buildings. Firefighters battle major fire. Day, destruction, damage, rubble, twisted metal in the aftermath. One fire hose still in use.
