President Eisenhower On Berlin. Rules Out Limited Troop War If Conflict Arises. At his White House press conference, the President answers critics of his defense policies. His replies to questions are more than somewhat forceful and animated. Punctuated with anger. Once again he asks for steadiness of nerves and avoidance of hysteria. Ike speaks with reporters (nat sound), who take notes. Photographer aims his camera.
