New York Golden Gloves Finals Howls and highlights in the New York Golden Gloves finals. The largest and zestiest crowd in 9 years turns out to cheer the champions of tomorrow in a series that crackled with spirit and gumption. Boxing. Lloyd Weeks (?) defeats Mike Cruz (?). Tom Gelleher (?) defeats Dennis Kelly (?). Men get knocked down, stand up and wobble woozily. Ouch. Spectators cheer and smile.
