New York City Hails West Berlin Mayor Dank weather does not dull the enthusiastic reception Mayor Willy Brandt receives. It's the traditional tickertape treatment down the canyon reserved for heroes. With a civic greeting at City Hall. Brandt (?), wearing raincoat, waves from open car. Spectators along parade route, umbrellas. Press photographers (they look very archetypal to me). Handshakes, NY mayor (?).
