BRITISH BATTLE WEATHER As Britain gropes its way through a classic 'pea-soup' fog, the worst in years, researchers speed up work on a new electronic weather forecasting reporting system. Traffic cop in fog. Man struggles to walk against wind. Rain scenes, man in raincoat. Interiors, early computer technology (?), control panel. Woman drawing weather-related map. Women fight wind and slide apparently on ice - ouch! Weather blooper of sorts.
