Welcome, Neighbor Argentina's President Arturo Frondizi is greeted by President Dwight D. Eisenhower at the National Airport in Washington, D.C., upon his arrival for a state visit. Man and woman deplaning; they shake hands with Ike and others. Lots of press cameramen. The two men and their wives (?) pose indoors, all decked out in tuxedos and fancy gowns.
