Hong Kong Refugees Camera report on the British colony of Hong Kong. Its population swollen by a million refugees who fled from communist China during the last decade. Various scenes of city, market, buildings that look like tall apartment buildings, also shacks. Long queue of people waiting in line. Sign, "Food Products...through Catholic Relief Services." Caucasian clergyman (?) hands out food, looks like noodles.
