Polish Hoop-de-do. Polish teen-agers abandon the national polka and mazurkas, for mass hoop-twirling sessions set to American-style jazz. Teen or young woman, bare midriff, among those using hula hoops. Stunts using hoops on arms, legs. Humor, comedy as fat man tries. Audience reactions, laughter, smiles. Newsreel cameraman operating camera wiggling his hips.
