Threat To Berlin. Scenes from free West Berlin, following Khrushchev's six-month ultimatum to the Allied powers. At the 4-power Kimmandatura, the Soviet flag no longer flies, but at Spandau Prison, where Nazi war criminals are still detained and the Allied control center, Moscow maintains its role in the occupation administration. Men in military uniforms get out of cars, enter building. Salutes. Sign: It is forbidden to take photographs... Prison watchtower with guard.
