Japan Debates Rearmament. Japan's 'national defense force' parades through Tokyo on Armed Forces Day as debate rages over a statement attributed to Premier Kishi, by a U.S. newsman, that Japan's 'no-war' constitutional clause should be repealed. Military band marching. Neat abstract-looking shot of soldiers marching. Women in uniform march. Tanks with Rising Sun emblem on side.
