French Floods. In southern France, communications are disrupted, scores of villages ravaged by raging floods that take at least 33 lives. Body of water, bridge with Roman arches. Railroad track over water, sagging, pieces of stone bridge evidently have fallen into the water. Automobile traffic on tree-lined road.
