Stroke Fells Pope. Last films of the Pontiff, only hours before the cerebral circulatory disturbance that felled Pius XII. Only hours after his recovery from a bout of hiccups recalling his near-fatal illness of 1954, the Pope greets visitors, including a group of pilgrims led by Cardinal Spellman.
