Warsaw Talks. In Warsaw, negotiations begin between the U.S. and Red China that may lead to an easing of tension in the Formosa Strait. Exterior city scenes. Ext. building. Cadillac with U.S. flag pulls up, Caucasian man gets out, shakes hands, walks up stairs past people with still cameras. A few Asian men next to another car, handshake. Interior, men seated at tables, Caucasians on one side of room, Asians on another. Press/journalists (people with still and motion picture cameras) are there, too.
