Sports. Prison Rodeo. In Oklahoma state prison, cons who couldn't stay out of trouble with the bulls are back at their old tricks - for fun - in what is billed as the world's biggest rodeo, on either side of the wall. Crowd outside a big wall that says Entrance. The pseudo-cowboys are mostly Caucasian but a few are African American. Bull running after man and bumping him in the rear end, causing him to fall. Funny rather than scary. Audience, spectator shots include many people in cowboy hats, and a few who seem to be wearing hats made from paper or newspaper!
