International Bike Race. In France the 175 mile world's professional championship bicycle race features a thrilling overland duel for nearly the entire length of the course between France's Louis Bebet and Italy's Ercole Baldini. Baldini wins after a sensational contest. Start of race, gun is fired. Aerial, other shots of race in progress. Spectators in stands. One man in crowd, standing, watches and waves his arm. Cameraman in moving vehicle shoots bicyclist. Bicyclist crosses finish line. Man (apparently the winner) in the stands among crowd raises arms and smiles.
