News in Brief: Heart Fund Campaign. Heart fund campaign for 1957 is launched in the nation's capital, as Mrs. Richard Nixon and Dr. Paul Dudley White take part in torchlighting ceremonies. Unusual (kind of funny) little "ceremony" as children bring a prop "torch" to Pat Nixon (Patricia Nixon), who is wearing quite a nice hat. She takes the "torch" and taps the top of a light buld that lights up. Then everybody stands around for the cameras.
