Furniture in mid-air makes news in home styles. An Oakland, California home achieves the ultimate in modernism, with not a single piece of resting on the floor. Everything is suspended from the ceiling - even the fireplace. It's no joke - it's actual home. Model walking down a spiral staircase with only a pole to hold on to. CUS - A wicker basket chair hanging from the ceiling and a model sitting in it. MS - Four models roasting marshmallows in a hanging fireplace. CUS - Model with a dust mop. MS - Two models put their cushions on the floor so they can sit by the hanging table.
