Dull in imagery and contrast, DOS Twenty two hundred veterans, returning from Korea, got an all-out heroes reception from the city fireboats in the harbor, a ticker-tape parade, a City Hall welcome. There's nothing too good for 'em. CUS - The William Waggle troop ship. MCUS - Military men waving as the ship passes the Stature of Liberty in the back ground. POVS - The bow of the ship with flags, and the Statue of Liberty. MCUOHS - Throngs holding up homemade signs with the family name printed on them. LOHS - Throngs waving at camera and a car surrounded by the mass. CUS - The crowd. MCUBS - Military men going down the gang plank. MCUS - Soldiers and loved ones embracing. MLS - Military parade.
