News in Brief: Malta, Commando Cliff-hanger. Commando troops display more agility than mountain goats, negotiating a cliffside handily in a spectacular demonstration of their skill. British Royal Marines climb down cliff, cross river on ropes, rappel very quickly down rock face. That seems to be Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, watching through binoculars as the men go through their exercise.
