News in Brief: England, Operation Fido. A wartime procedure, by which gasoline is burned to lift the fog from airport runways, is revived for civilian aircraft. Weird! Night scenes. A plane taxis on a runway where the "landing lights" are lines of flame, apparently burning gasoline. VS some objective, some subjective from pilot POV inside cockpit of airplane, as plane flies in, lands on the flaming runway. Very unusual. Bizarre.
