Mummers On Parade. Throngs watch the celebrated Mummers Parade, a procession dedicated to fun and frolic, spiced by music and comedy, continuing the Mummers' long and beloved traditions. Woman gets crown placed on her head. VS nighttime parade, with beauty queens on float, majorettes and many others marching, etc. Some shots are rather dim/dark.
