News in Brief: Indo-China, Typhoon Hits Saigon. Howling tropical storm smashes Saigon and surrounding area. One of the worst storms in the nation's history adds nature's fury to the ravages of war. Vs people dealing with the aftermath. Men chop huge branches of fallen tree (which is leaning onto a building). Other large trees, uprooted, lying atop vehicles which they have smashed. Damage.
