News in Brief: California, Mercy Ship Comes Home. Korean wounded return home aboard the Navy hospital ship 'Haven,' a cheering moment for all aboard. On board, a group of companions (some clearly wounded) playfully adjust the mustache and hair of a smiling veteran. (Funny, silly, cute.) Families, loved ones, small children on shore wave to greet the approaching ship at its homecoming. Sailors take some wounded men off the ship on stretchers. A woman (wife?) blows a kiss to a bus departing with wounded soldiers on it.
