Korea: Airforce (sic) Chalks Up Half Million Sorties Thunderjets slash at Communist ground installations, Sabre jets fly top cover and tangle with MiGs, as the U.S. Air Force chalks up over half a million combat missions to date in history's hottest air war. Two airmen walk by plane, preparing for mission perhaps. Jets take off. Scratchy, grainy gun camera footage during strafing, dogfights.
