Japanese Hail Gen. Macarthur: It's a "Five Star" salute to General Macarthur on his seventieth birthday. Hundreds of Japanese youngsters serenade him with the Japanese versions of "Happy Birthday." (The only audio in this clip is Japanese children singing "Happy Birthday.")
